A |     一场AI大模型与产业高地的“双向奔赴”
杭州日报讯 昨日，智谱创新研究院在上城区正式揭牌。研究院的落地，标志着这家脱胎于清华实验室、今年登陆港交所的通用大模型企业，与上城的合作从资本与场景层面，正式迈入科研与产业创新的深水区。

B | 早在2025年，上城资本集团就联合杭州城投产业基金，对智谱完成了一轮超10亿元的战略投资。    Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan mourned the loss of his dear friend and legendary actor, Dharmendra. The latter breathed his last at the age of 89 after suffering from health-related issues. He was cremated at the Pawan Hans Crematorium on November 24 and several celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan and his Abhishek Bachchan had come to pay their last respects.          Dharmendra's Sholay co-star penned an emotional note on his blog and recalled their bond. Big B shared, "...another valiant Giant has left us .. left the arena .. leaving behind a silence with an unbearable sound ..Dharamji .. the epitome of greatness, ever linked not only for his renowned physical presence, but for the largeness of his heart, and its most endearing simplicity. He brought with him the earthiness of the village in Punjab he came from, and remained true to its temperament un soiled throughout his glorious career, in  a fraternity that witnessed changes every decade .. ...the fraternity underwent changes .. not him."     He concluded by writing, “His smile, his charm and his warmth, extending to all that came in his vicinity .. a rarity in the profession, the air about us swings vacant, a vacuum that shall ever remain vacuus..prayers."          Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra shared the screen in several films like Sholay, Chupke Chupke, Ram Balram and Dost among others. Notably, his last film, Ikkis, stars Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda along with Jaideep Ahlawat and others.     Dharmendra made his debut in 1960 and quickly became a superstar. He was known for his versatility, mastering roles from the romantic hero to the tough action star. His career boasts over 300 films, many of which are considered classics today. C | 今年1月8日，智谱在港交所敲钟上市，成为“全球大模型第一股”。“去年大模型前景不明朗时，我们坚定投向智谱；今年智谱上市、GLM大模型全球叫好，智谱也坚定表示要把全国第二总部建在杭州上城。”上城区相关负责人说，智谱创新研究院揭牌，正是其中的重要落子。上城区科技经信局局长胡丽亚介绍：“此前上城集聚的群核、凌迪、炽橙等AI企业，大多深耕工业、设计等垂类模型，是以联合实验室形式研发；浙江移动研究院、复旦类脑研究院则分属通信、类脑细分赛道。从产业定位看，智谱创新研究院也是上城首个通用大模型研究院。”作为同样落户上城的企业，炽橙科技与智谱正展开深度合作，公司副总韩鹏感受很直观：“智谱大模型体系完备，代码生成与推理能力已达国际顶尖水平，更重要的是高性价比，让我们工业智能底座的开发效率大幅提升，代码准确率提升至99%以上，整体编程效率提升约30%。

D | ”他打了个比方：智谱的基模就像“水和电”，是基础设施；炽橙科技做的智能体应用，是用这些水电“做饭、照明”。一个负责“发电”，一个负责“用电”——前者决定能力上限，后者决定价值落地。而如今，智谱就是要把这套“电力系统”的核心研发环节，搬到上城。智谱创新研究院所在的杭港科技大厦，4.9万平方米的空间里已集聚人工智能核心企业30家，入驻企业年营收超15亿元。揭牌当天，研究院与浙江大学正式签约，将联动本地高校与产业资源，构建“产、学、研、用”深度融合的协同创新体系，即连接技术、人才、场景与生态，让AI能力更好服务于产业升级与社会进步。

E | 与此同时，6个由浙大教授领衔的联合实验室项目率先入驻，围绕多智能体协同、长程复杂任务规划等方向攻关。

F | 锚定四个前沿方向：脑启发与认知计算、智能体与复杂决策、多模态感知与内容生成、脑机接口与神经解码。也就是说，想让AI更像人、更能干、更会看，甚至能“读心”。研究院落户背后，是上城全新的招商理念——跳出传统“拼营收、拼税收”的旧思路，看中的是顶尖AI人才团队的落地、原创技术的突破和能带动全域创新创业的开发者生态，他们称之为“带土移植”——希望依托智谱庞大的开源社区，将上下游AI企业连同技术、团队整体搬迁，形成集群效应。“这不是‘栽一棵树’，而是‘移一片林’。”胡丽亚说。

G | 上城正经历从中央商务区（CBD）向中央创新区（CID）的深刻转型。

H | 目前，该区已初步形成智谱系、群核系、炽橙系等九大科创产业生态谱系。研究院的落地，不仅将带来顶尖人才，还将承担Token经济的核心载体职能，面向中小企业提供普惠式数字要素供给，推动区域数字经济向Token经济迭代。接下来，上城将以智谱创新研究院为引领，一体带动多个研究院和创新中心建设，全面应用大模型能力赋能高价值场景，打造一流营商环境，争创杭州“人工智能创新发展第一城”的实践样板，推动中央创新区建设再上新台阶。
