三 | 援引博文介绍，这里的“Token 资本”涵盖提示词上下文、员工与模型的交互记录，以及员工使用模型的方式等，这是企业在使用 AI 时所积累的知识。纳德拉认为在消费者市场，和现有的广告商业模式类似，可以存在“免费服务换取数据”的价值交换模式，但是在企业市场，不能照搬这一规则，否则可能威胁企业本身的生存。纳德拉表示：任何模型都可能会消失 / 停止运营，但企业应该掌控自己的命运。而如果企业若依赖单一人工智能模型，就交出了掌控自身命运的权力，这样的企业是无法继续生存下去的，这等同于将整个公司的运营逻辑都外包出去了。
