One fan also asked about 'baby Kaushal'     Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif welcomed their firstborn, a baby boy, on November 7. The couple made a joint announcement on social media. They shared a creative with a teddy bear sitting on a stroller and wrote, "Our bundle of joy has arrived. Vicky and Katrina had an intimate wedding affair on December 9, 2021, at the Six Senses Fort in Barwara, Rajasthan.     On the work front, Katrina was last seen in the film Merry Christmas with Vijay Sethupathi. Talking about Vicky Kaushal, he was seen in Chhaava this year, which was a roaring success at the box office. He will next be seen in Love and War with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. 二 | 具体可结合“国家医疗队巡回医疗”“万名医师支援农村卫生工程”等项目统筹推进。纳入医疗人才“组团式”援藏援疆援青及国家乡村振兴重点帮扶县等“组团式”支援帮扶工作关系的县级公立综合医院，帮扶工作按照相关工作要求开展，无需重复安排人员派出(不含军队医院)。         　　选好派强帮扶人员。根据县域医疗卫生服务体系现状、发展规划、县级医院学科发展需要等，精准选派素质好、业务精的管理和卫生专业技术人员进行管理和技术帮扶。支援旅居人群集中地区的医院可根据旅游淡旺季动态调整帮扶队伍。支持中高级职称退休医务人员通过对口帮扶灵活安排开展示范带教服务，发挥“银龄医师”专业及资源优势。对于少数民族聚集地区等，鼓励发挥社工、志愿者作用，解决支援专家与当地群众间的语言障碍。         　　提升县级医院服务能力。支援医院要根据受援医院发展现状和县域医疗服务需求，以“一般病在市县解决”为导向，围绕受援地外转率高、就医需求量大的病种，帮助县级医院制定临床专科发展规划，进一步健全诊疗科目，通过团队带团队、远程医疗、远程手术等多种方式将优质医疗资源精准输送至基层与边远地区，加强常见病和多发病诊疗能力、急诊抢救能力和传染病防控等公共卫生服务能力。受援医院应明确派驻人员岗位职责和任务，保障其临床诊疗、学科建设、人才培养等工作开展；妥善解决食宿通勤，完善生活配套，常态化做好安全保障，及时协调解决各类困难诉求，推动对口帮扶落地见效。受援医院为中医医院的，要帮助其加强中医特色优势专科(专病)建设，提升中医药服务能力。         　　加快专业人才培养。支援医院通过师带徒、跟岗、进修、住院医师规范化培训、继续医学教育等形式，为受援医院培育一批骨干专业人才。支援医院是住院医师规范化培训基地、县级医院骨干专科医师培训项目基地的，鼓励主动招收受援县域医疗机构符合条件的人员参加培训。受援医院要把派驻人员纳入本院医务人员日常管理、排班。         　　提高县级医院管理水平。支援院长、副院长要参与受援医院重大决策，帮助优化管理架构，完善管理规章制度，制定发展规划，健全绩效评价与薪酬分配体系，提高受援医院管理科学化、规范化、精细化水平。         　　(央视新闻客户端 总台央视记者 文永毅 史迎春) 【编辑:梁异】。
